We are therefore pleased to offer an Automatic Consumable Order Program. No more worries about running out of consumables! You will receive a box of your preferred insulin pump cannular every month without needing to phone and order them each time.
What do I need to do?
It's easy! By completing the details on the attached form we will automatically send you your order on the 15th day of each month (or on the Friday before - should the 15th day fall on a weekend or Public Holiday).
What if I want to stop or change my order?
No problem. All you need to do is e-mail us at sales@insulinpumps.co.nz by the 10th day of any given month and tell us what changes you would like to make to your order.
